Design of a revitalising concept of a 1970's GDR residential block in Weimar Nord. It is a preliminary investigation to the program 'Shrinking Cities' which faces the problems of migration in European urban territories that involve heavy loss of architectural substance. The whole design was developed with help of digital technologies using the 3d software 'Rhinoceros' and '3D Studio Max'.
